The second room offers a queen-size bed, a desk, a closet and cable TV. The third room has a bed, a desk, an armchair and a closet. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom. The apartment is spacious and completely furnished. It has a terrace which is furthermore the only place where smoking is allowed.

The building is located in a quiet street of the district of Las Condes, nearby of the Avenida Vitacura and the Avenida 11 de Septiembre. There is excellent public transport connection to other parts of the city. The closest metro station Tobalaba (line 1) is about two blocks away from the apartment.
