The house is spacious and completely furnished. They smoke in the living room and in the dining area. There are two cats in the house.

The house is located in a quiet and small street at the Cerro Alegre. This is the most famous hill in Valparaíso, with a lot of restaurants and bars. There is excellent public transport connection with the bus to other parts of the city. The closest metro station is located at the port, about a 15 minute walk down the hill.
